*Please note, the F-Core Replacement Kit is only compatible with the original Lighter Head V1. The new Lighter Head V2 does not require F-Core replacements.

The F-Core Replacement Kit includes 1x F-Core and 1x tube of silicone. Please see the How To Replace the F-Core Video listed in the product pictures section.

How to replace the F-Core:

Remove Chipped F-Core. Use a twisting motion while gently gripping the F-Core with Pliers.
Install The New F-Core.
Install Direction is Important. Side with the smooth chamfer goes up!
Silicone New Core in Place. Put a dab of the provided Silicone onto the cut side of the F-Core.
Insert the F-Core into the device. Careful to not make a mess with the silicone on the top of ceramic surface.
Protruding Amount? The amount the F-Core Protrudes will vary. This is nothing to worry about.
Carefully Align the F-Core. Let the core bottom out. Then carefully align the F-Core so it sits vertically and not at an angle.
Let the Silicone Cure. Allow 1-2 hours for initial set. Full strength 24 hours.
